Robert Larkin has an MFA from the California College of the Arts, and a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute as an Osher Merit Scholar. He has been the recipient of a San Francisco Arts Commission Project Organizational Grant, a Zellerbach Family Grant, as well as an Osher Travel Scholarship to the Uffizi Gallery, Florence, Italy. Larkin has exhibited work in solo shows in the US and Italy, and group shows in the US, Italy, Berlin, and British Columbia.
Born in New Jersey, Larkin has also lived in San Casciano dei Bagni, (SI) Italy. He now lives and works in San Francisco, California.
